- Unconscious Mind
- NLP generally uses the “unconscious mind” rather than subconscious to separate what we are aware of and what we are not. For example, we are not aware of unconscious thoughts and feelings, skills, habits and automatic reactions.
- Universal quantifiers
- Meta Model: Words such as all, every, never, always that make our there are no exceptions and therefore no choices.
- Unspecified Nouns
- Meta Model: Not knowing who or what the person is talking about
- Unspecified Verbs
- Meta Model: Verbs that don’t give enough information to let you know what is going on.
